đź’°What you should be investing in right now

Hi there,

Everywhere you look right now, the headlines are the same.

Talk of a slowdown. Talk of recession and uncertainty. And for most people, that triggers fear. But here’s the shift that changed everything for me: this is when opportunities show up.

Because when markets dip, you’re not buying something new.

You’re buying the same assets… just at a discount.

The companies don’t suddenly become worthless. The system doesn’t disappear.

Historically, the market has recovered from every recession, every crisis, every panic.

And the people who invest during those moments? They’re usually the ones who come out ahead.

When I first started, I made the mistake most people make. I thought I needed to chase the next hot stock. Find the next big winner. But over time, I realized something simpler works better. If I had to start over today, especially in a market like this, I’d keep it boring:

  • VTI → the entire U.S. market
  • VOO → the top 500 companies
  • SCHD → dividend-paying companies
  • VUG or QQQ → higher growth exposure
  • VXUS or VT → global diversification

That’s it. No guessing. No overthinking. No chasing trends.

Just consistently buying strong assets while they’re on sale.

If you don’t have money invested yet, don’t wait for things to feel “safe.”

Because by the time it feels safe… the discounts are gone.

Start small if you need to. Stay consistent. Let time do the heavy lifting.

The goal isn’t to predict the market.

It’s to participate in it, especially when it’s uncomfortable.
