Hi there,

We’re nearing the end of the year again: when everyone’s setting goals, refreshing plans, and trying to get their finances in shape. If there’s one move worth making right now, it’s getting your investing game underway.

When I first started investing, I thought I needed to chase the next “hot stock.”

Turns out, the real wealth builders are the boring ones. The ones you buy, hold, and let time do its thing.

If I had to start all over again, here are the only 5 index funds I’d own for life:

  • VTI – The total U.S. stock market in one fund.
  • SCHD – Focuses on high-quality dividend-paying companies.
  • VOO – Tracks the S&P 500. Simple, solid, and time-tested.
  • VUG or QQQ – For exposure to high-growth, innovative companies.
  • VXUS or VT – Global diversification. VXUS covers only international stocks, while VT gives you both U.S. and international exposure.

That’s it. No noise. No endless scrolling through stock tips.

Just a clean, diversified setup that quietly builds wealth while you focus on living your life.

Sometimes, the simplest plan is the smartest one. Follow my free step-by-step guide to making and multiplying your first $100,000 to learn more.
