💰The most important asset you own

Hi there,
Most people insure everything except the one thing they truly can’t replace: their body. We insure our homes. Our cars. Our phones.
But then we neglect the thing that determines the quality of our entire life.
And the older I get, the more I believe this: health is the best investment you can make.
Not just emotionally. Financially too.
I’ve spent years investing in the stock market and building wealth. But long before I had money, I was investing in my health. Because muscle, movement, and taking care of yourself are a form of insurance.
They protect you from the things that quietly destroy people later in life: heart disease, diabetes, obesity, chronic pain, burnout. And all of those come with a cost.
Not just physically. Financially.
Medical bills. Lost income. Reduced energy.
A retirement spent in waiting rooms instead of living.
People will spend thousands protecting their house while spending almost nothing protecting their health. That never made sense to me.
You can buy another car. Another house. Another watch. You cannot buy another body.
And here’s the part most people miss:
Every dollar spent on nutritious food, exercise, sleep, and preventative care compounds over time. You feel those returns later. At 50. At 60. At 70.
When your joints still work. When you can still travel. When you still have independence.
That’s real wealth.
Because what’s the point of having millions if you can’t enjoy your life?
Wealth without health eventually becomes a liability.
So if there’s one investment I hope you never neglect, let it be this one.
Move your body. Lift weights. Eat better. Take care of yourself now.
Your future self will feel the difference.
