Hi there,

Every year, I find myself simplifying things more.

Less noise. Fewer distractions. Clearer rules. Because success isn’t usually about doing more. It’s about doing the right things consistently.

If I had to strip it all down, these are the 20 rules I’d follow for a successful life:

  1. Stop taking advice from people who don’t have the results you want
  2. Date with intention, date to marry
  3. Keep your diet simple and consistent
  4. Act broke, even when you’re not
  5. Stop doom scrolling

  1. If you can’t buy it twice, you can’t afford it
  2. Use your phone as a tool, not entertainment
  3. Put your phone on “do not disturb” more often
  4. If you know a skill, teach it
  5. Learn sales

  1. Do something hard every morning
  2. Practice delayed gratification daily
  3. Prioritize your health and train consistently
  4. Avoid caffeine
  5. Learn marketing

  1. Plan your day the night before
  2. Invest in yourself
  3. Read at least 10 pages a day
  4. Drink a gallon of water a day
  5. Keep investing in yourself until you reach your goals

None of these is groundbreaking on its own. But stacked together? They change everything.

The truth is, most people already know what to do. They just don’t do it consistently enough to see results. You don’t need a new strategy. You need stronger standards.

Pick a few from this list. Start there. Then build momentum.

Because success is rarely one big move. It’s small rules, followed daily.

What rules are you adapting today?
